Edit Bay Coffee is run by Flux Cap Holdings LLC, Weehawken, New Jersey ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you visit editbaycoffee.com or join the membership, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Details you give us: your name, email and phone number when you join or fill in a form.
• Payment details: card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Order details: when you redeem a coffee code, the shop collects your shipping address to send the bag.
• Usage data: pages visited, device and browser, and how you found us, through cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

• To run your membership: billing, your monthly coffee code, access to the community and sessions.
• To email you about your membership, including receipts, cancellations and failed payments.
• To understand and improve the site and our ads.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run Edit Bay Coffee: HighLevel (our CRM, forms and email), Stripe (payments), Shopify (the coffee shop), Skool (the member community), Zapier (which passes your name and email to Skool so we can invite you), Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (site analytics) and Meta, including the Meta Pixel and Conversions API (ad measurement). We may also share information if the law requires it.

Emails and texts

We email you about your membership: welcome and onboarding emails, receipts, your monthly coffee code, failed payments and cancellations. Marketing emails have an unsubscribe link. We don't send you text messages unless you've agreed to receive them.

Who the membership is for

The membership is for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Cookies

We use cookies for analytics and ad measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you're a member and for as long as we need it for billing, tax and legal records afterwards.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link in any email. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under local law, and we'll honor them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
