Edit Bay Coffee is run by Flux Cap Holdings LLC, Weehawken, New Jersey ("we", "us"). By joining the membership or using editbaycoffee.com, you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older to join.

The membership

The Edit Bay Coffee membership costs $49 a month (founder price). It includes access to the member community, live sessions, tear-downs, Coffee Hour and the Vault, plus one coffee code for each month you pay.

If we ever change the price, we'll email you at least 30 days before your next charge at the new price, so you can cancel first if you want to.

Billing and renewal

Your membership renews automatically every month, and we charge the card you joined with on the same date each month until you cancel. If a payment fails, we'll try the card again up to three times over about a week and email you. If we can't collect the payment, we may cancel your membership.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time at editbaycoffee.com/cancel. We cancel within 1 business day and email you when it's done. You won't be charged again after that. Access to the community ends when your membership is cancelled.

Coffee codes

Each paid month we email you a code for one free 12oz bag from our shop. Each code works once and expires on the date shown in the email. Shipping is free to US addresses. If you live outside the US, email us before you redeem a code and we'll tell you what we can do. Codes have no cash value and can't be transferred or combined.

Community rules

• Your access is for you only. Don't share your login or member links.
• Be respectful. No harassment, spam or selling to other members.
• Don't share other members' work or session recordings outside the community.

We may remove anyone who breaks these rules. If we do, we'll cancel their membership.

Content

Sessions, templates and other materials are ours or our partners'. You may use them in your own work, but you may not resell or republish them.

No earnings promises

We don't promise any result, job, raise or income. What you get out of the membership depends on you.

Disclaimers

The site and membership are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of them.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we'll email members before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, USA.
